«Lesebänkli» - benches with reading facilities

What could be better than sitting on a sunny bench and reading a book?

That's exactly what you can now do in Wimmis. 

From June to October, the Wimmis library and Wimmis Tourism will provide you with three selected resting benches with a small but fine library. 

At three idyllically located benches, a box is ready and waiting. These are filled with books and magazines for young and old. You are welcome to look at the books, read them and browse through them. 

If you get so engrossed in a book that you can't get away from it, you can borrow it for a few days or just come back to the bench to read more. Spend some time on the reading benches in our beautiful village on the foot of the Niesen and take advantage of the free offer.
