Tasks of Wimmis Tourismus

Wimmis Tourism is committed to the following goals:

• to help shape the appearance of the village
• to promote tourism in the village and to collect the visitor's tax
• to maintain communication on the website wimmis.ch/tourismus and on social media
• to set up and maintain the red benches in the village
• co-financing the reading benches 
• look after the pintel-flag
• organise flower decorating competitions in the village
• organise and carry out the «Chirschmueset»
• offer and conduct guided tours of the castle and church
• contribute to the costs of castle and church lighting
